DMX was arrested for violating terms of his probation as he didn’t check in with his probation officer recently. So cops showed up to his Arizona home and slapped on the all too familiar cuffs. According to Radar Online, There were a few other complaints that got him arrested as well, like allegedly having coke and other drugs on him:
According to the complaint, he was also cited for use of Oxycontin without a prescription, failing to submit to drug testing, failing to participate in counseling programs, failure to make payments, and driving on a suspended license.
The complaint reads: "Mr. Simmons has several felony convictions, and has been given multiple opportunities to succeed on probation. He has been directed to treatment, as well as chose his own treatment program and continues to use illegal drugs following their opportunities."

A mess. No word on if or when he will be released until his November 24th court date. I mean…if you already know the sheriff has it out for you, why continue to do dumb ish like missing PO dates?
